Summer Camper Referral Entered into drawing for free week of Summer Camp 2024

Night Owl Discount

Register for Summer Camp from March 16th until April 15th and receive $15 off Registration. This discount cannot stack with other discounts.​ Enter code Night Owl during registration for use of the discount.

Early Bird Discount

​Register from the time when registration opens from Aug.1st to March 15th to save $50 off on your camp fee. You can register online or mail in registration packets. Enter code Early Bird during registration for use of the discount.

Super Early Bird Discount

​Register from the time when registration opens on June 1st to August 1st to receive a price match of the previous years' camper fee. This discount will save you $150 off of registration, but you MUST register and pay a deposit at Camper Check-Out while at Camp Norwesca.

Angel Tree Camping (A Program of Prison Fellowship)

Angel Tree Camping (A Program of Prison Fellowship) is for children of incarcerated parents to get away from daily challenges and have fun in the great outdoors, making new friends and meeting caring adult counselors. At camp, children encounter the love of Jesus and discover hope for the future.

Whether you’re a church who wants to encourage and support families, a friend who wants to help send a child to camp, or a parent or guardian who wants to give your child a week to remember, Angel Tree wants to partner with you

  • Who’s eligible?

    • Children or Youth who have a parent or guardian incarcerated. Children living in the same household as the child who has an incarcerated parent are also eligible.

  • How much can I apply for?

    • Funding for 2024 will cover the cost of camp for Angel Tree children up to $600 per camper and 50% of the cost of camp for non-Angel Tree children up to $200. 

    • Angel Tree Camper discounts can be applied at the time of online registration or by calling the Camp Norwesca office. A $10 deposit fee will be collected at the time of registration

    • How do I apply?

    • To apply fill out             or call the Camp Office (308-432-3872) and we can help you over the phone. 
    • Enter code Angel Tree Camper for an Angel Tree Camper who has an incarcerated parent.
    • Enter code Non-Angel Tree Camper for a camper living in same household as an Angel Tree Camper who has an incarcerated parent. 

  • Can I apply for more than 1 week of camp?

    • No, this grant is for one use only.

  • Can I apply for other forms of scholarship also?

    • No, this grant is to be used exclusively.

Sibling Discount

Save $10 when you and your sibling register for summer camp! Enter code Sibling during registration for use of the discount.Each sibling will receive $10 off their registration.

Military Discount

We offer discounts for the children of military personnel. Enter code Military during registration and save 10%. This discount can be combined with other discounts.

Scholarship Info

Norwesca Campership – Camp Norwesca sometimes receives donations to be used specifically for scholarships. These scholarships are limited.

  • Who’s eligible?

    • Anyone can apply, preference is given to families who qualify for free and reduced lunch, first-time campers, and families with multiple children attending from the same household.

  • How much can I apply for?

    • Up to the full cost of a week of camp, depending on specified needs.

  • How do I apply?

  • Can I apply for more than 1 week of camp?

    • No, this fund is one use only.

  • Can I apply for other forms of scholarship also?

    • Yes, you can apply for additional aid from your local church

Local Church Scholarships

The majority of camper’s scholarships come directly from the church in the town the camper is from. Many churches and youth groups do fundraisers throughout the year to help raise a large portion of the funds needed for camp.  Reach out to your nearby church to see if they can help.

  • My camper received a scholarship to help cover the cost of camp. Where do I apply the discount?

    • Ask your church for their discount code that you will apply at checkout on the online registration. If your church does not have a discount code, have the church contact the Camp Norwesca office at (308)-432-3872 and we will give your church a discount code to give to you. Please keep in mind, you will still have to pay the required deposit of $50.
