With breathtaking views of the Nebraska Pine Ridge, Camp Norwesca is the ideal setting for your outdoor wedding ceremony and reception.

Because weddings and receptions are held in an outdoor setting, many brides choose to host them in the summer or fall when the natural foliage is most vibrant. Summer dates are limited.

We would love to schedule a time for you to see all Camp Norwesca has to offer. During a visit, you will have the opportunity to meet our staff, tour the facility, and ask any questions. We would be honored to share in making your wedding a beautiful and memorable event!

Essentials Package - $700

Ideal for couples looking for a beautiful ceremony with essential amenities.

The Works Package - $1,000

A complete package with added flexibility and features for both the rehearsal and reception.

All amenities from the Essentials Package
Choice of lawn or lodge for both rehearsal and reception dinners
Access to folding tables and chairs
Full access to a commercial kitchen for cooking and serving rehearsal and reception dinners.

Exclusive Use - $3,000

Friday 4 PM – Sunday 7 AM

Enjoy a full weekend of private access to Camp Norwesca, perfect for an all-inclusive wedding experience.

Exclusive access to the entire camp, including the entire lodge, cabins, backyard, chapel area, commercial kitchen
Choice of lawn or lodge for rehearsal and reception dinners

Additional fees apply for activities and meals provided by Norwesca staff.

Please Note: Chadron United Methodist Church holds a service in the chapel on Sundays at 8 AM from Memorial Day to Labor Day, concluding by 9 AM. Guests are welcome to attend, and church attendees will not use the lodge. Please plan your event accordingly, and contact the Director for any questions.

*A deposit of 50% is required to hold the date of your event.

Deposits are non-refundable.

The deposit will be applied to the total bill if policies are upheld and there is no property damage.

*Camp Norwesca is an alcohol-free facility.
