Working at camp involves a lot of long hours and hard work, but the rewards are endless! We’re looking for fun and responsible students who love God, kids, and the outdoors. While you are shouting silly songs, teaching campers how to roast the perfect marshmallow, and leading various exciting games, you will have a chance to love kids as Christ loves them, and that can be life changing for both you and your campers.

Meg Peterson
I was a counselor at Camp Norwesca for two years. It was honestly one of the greatest experiences of my life. Camp is where I found myself and first truly embarked on my faith journey with God. Being a counselor is great on so many levels. You get to play fun and crazy games and activities with the kids every single day while enjoying the great outdoors and all that it has to offer. You also get to experience the feeling of helping kids come out of their shells, conquer their fears, and grow in their faith. Being a counselor is more than just a job: it’s a life-changing experience.
