Leadership in Training Program
(L.I.T. Program)
Attention 14- & 15-Year-Olds!
Camp Norwesca offers an exciting opportunity for young individuals to develop valuable leadership skills applicable at home, school, and in the community—beyond just camp. Our Leaders in Training (LIT) program is designed specifically for 14- and 15-year-olds who are eager to start building their leadership and career skills in a fun and supportive environment.
What the LIT Program Offers:
Leadership Development: Focus on working with younger campers and contributing positively to the camp community. Gain experience in creating lessons, leading activities, and taking on other camp-related responsibilities while still enjoying your favorite camp activities.
Professional Experience: Although you’re still a camper, you’ll be treated similarly to camp staff, providing you with an immersive and professional experience.
Skill Building: Develop skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork that are valuable in any future career. These skills will also prepare you for the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program in the years to come.
This NEW LIT program will be available each week of our Main Camps. Don’t miss this chance to start your leadership journey and make the most of your camp experience!
